Melt in your mouth yeast rolls


I came across this recipe while trying to replicate Logan's Roadhouse Buttery Yeast Rolls. I modified it some and these turned out to be so light, fluffy and buttery they almost melt in your mouth. I drizzled some honey over the top and they were so good, they could have been dessert.

Tools of the trade that I can't live without

The wilton cake lifter: It keeps your cakes off the floor. I use this every time I make a cake.


This is the mesh tip bag for cleaning your piping/decorating tips. I've lost many tips down the garbage disposal and into the unknown in the dishwasher. You can also throw couplers, rings, and fondant cutters in these bags.
