Cris' 16th Birthday Cake

Hello Kitty has invaded my house. I incorporated the help of the birthday girl for this cake. She molded Hello Kitty out of fondant. I used a fondant ribbon cutter to make the bottom layers and used all her favorite neon colors for this cake. It was a hit.

Go Zebras (8th Grade Graduation Cake)

This was actually my first paying gig. I did the zebra cake for a friend of my cousin. Her son was graduation 8th grade and the school he would be attending had a zebra for a mascot.


I also did a small personal anniversary cake for her and her husband's anniversary that fell on the same day as the graduation party. This was also the first time I tried out my special chocolate truffle cake.

Cheer Cake

My neice is a cheerleader and she wanted a "cheer" cake. The cheerleader pan was a little too cutesy for a 10 year old's birthday so I used a large sheet cake pan and cut it to size. I molded her name with the candy molds.
